The ACM Drums Performance Diploma is a practical, industry-related course concentrating on the skills required to start a career in the music business.

Course Requirements
Entry Requirements
5 x GCSE @ A-C grade including Maths and English, or equivalent qualifications (ie. International
Baccalaureate) preferred.
Students may be able to access these courses without the above qualifications based on prior relevant experience, quality of application and quality of audition/interview. Exception is also
given in certain circumstances based on successful completion of a relevant intensive course.

Over this 39 weeks (year long) Performance Diploma, you will have the opportunity to get involved with a number of extra curricular activities to enhance your drumming, Industry Link opportunities to help you find work as a professional musician and a final ‘end of year’ performance showcase.
Diploma students will be required to carry out self-evaluation throughout the year acknowledging, analysing and evaluating their individual progress as a drummer.
Successful completion of ACM’s Performance Diploma will allow drums students the opportunity to progress onto further academic study including the ACM Higher Diploma courses.
